This unit would save me a lot of time as well as many trees.  It is a modern version of the overhead projector except we won’t need to use transparency as this would project ANYTHING onto a screen.  Yes, it even projects a fish swimming in its bowl! $616. Ultra Short Throw projector: Sanyo PDG-DWL2500. This projector is a teacher’s dream comes true.  Noticed how at a meeting, you see a projector mounted on the ceiling and as soon as the presenter comes near the screen, you see his/her shadow?  With this projector, presenter’s shadow is a thing of the past.  This projector can be mounted at a foot away from the screen and would still provides 80 inches of screen space!  Amazing!  Combine this with the visual presenter above and/or the smart board below and we have an extremely sophisticated classroom.  $1350 Any amount towards this item is greatly appreciated.

PolyVision Eno Interactive Whiteboard:  Ever heard of a smartboard?  This is it!  The best thing about this board is that it is indestructible.  Teachers can use this as a regular whiteboard as well as interactively.  Imagine exploring the ocean or take a trip to outer space right inside the classroom!  With this board, everything students learn or write could be saved and printed any time. Remember the Math lesson on adding and multiplying fractions we learned last week?  Forgot to take notes? Absent? Need to relearn?  No problem! Anything found on the supplies list - Not all students will always have everything they need during the school year. Some students lose them as the year progresses. If I have extra items readily available, this will make teaching a lot easier and we lose less instructional time when students don't need to spend time looking for lost items.
